He found us on twitter and is tweeting the things that we are doing so we know he's legit stalking us. So I want to know what i can do once i find his IP. Please Help!

You can do a lot with it such as exploit his ISP and type of modem/router he has and after that boot him off the internet, send virus over FTP but if he knows it was you it can end in a lawsuit so I wold be careful as you are breaching privacy of somebody information and materiel things. You can report him but in the long shot Twitter would probably just Ban his account and he would just make a new one. If you can gather proof he's stalking you and that it escalates from that you can report and file a lawsuit against him and if twitter doesn't do anything about it them too.

maybe its your friend trolling you? how would someone who randomly found u on twitter start saying stuff ur doing...
