My paypal account is limited to 350 euro above, I half false names, is it possible to recover the money?

In order to break your paypal limit you have to verify your account. Unless they locked your account in order for you to recover the amount you have to call and verify that you are the owner of the account. Withdraw is also limited on a non verify account. I don't understand why would you use a false name for a paypal account as all checks or transaction would be under that name being a third party and most banks don't accept those. ( Just to let you know )

If you live in the UK, call them up and provide all the needed information. Tell them that you don't want to send in your information as you don't like the idea of transmitting personal digital information over the internet nor via any other services. You will spend a couple hours talking but that will eventually unlock it.

Just make a new account, WITH your information. Best wait till you are of a legal age to use it though. If you are having trouble, just send me a PM. I got through to them and was able to get off an account that was locked over 2 years ago with 260$, I told them I moved from Canada to the United States. Lol.
