Before you even touch the file.....

1) Delete the Skype Shortcut placed on your desktop.

2) Now close all the skype that you are running.

3) Once it is deleted....place the Skype Shortcut (that you have downloaded just now) on the desktop (cut+paste).

4) Now Click on the shortcut that you have placed on your desktop. You can click on it and open multiple skype now

5) Do not open more than 10 and the ideal no.is 4-5 so that it doesn't eats much of the memory.
