You won't make as much, but you can use Adfly, I can't think of the others at the moment. But do some researching.

What niche is your site in? I can more then likely find you a site.

Be happy adsense isn't available for you. Usually once you earn a little they close your account.

i have tried adsense, bing ads and other services but nothing that really helps.
I am a driving instructor and want anyone who can help me get my website on the first page of google, anyone know anyone who could do it, currently I am on page 4 from the day I started my website for search term You must login or register to view this content. and my driving school in Nottingham driving for life.

If you want your website to be on the first page there's a few things that help
-Buy an extended domain subscription
(Google places sites based on how long the domain is paid for so that they are ensured the site won't be up one day and down the next)
-Get Website Trafficing
(Get people to view your site even if its something they don't like or want to buy because every unique view counts)
-META KEY Word Description
(Make sure you put words that describe your site so people find your site easier, aka more views for more trafficing)
