I don't know of a VPN that would work for a PS3, maybe you just need to use a proxy?

Here is the key word free and vpn = crappy not good vpn if you want something good it will cost due to most free vpns are overfilled as it is.. I'm being honest with you

Don't use a VPN for PS3, I don't think any would work anyways. Just use a proxy it's your best bet.
