Oh gotcha. You could always give them a call, I think they also offer some form of online support. Either one should be able to help you out. I understand your pain though, they are not very straight forward with the shit they want.

I think I'd go for online forum. (Or is it email form? I tried that, they gave answeres which I didn't understand)
Calling them would be the last thing I'd do. I don't want them asking for my ID Card, and shit. If they find out I'm not 18...

I just need to get it fixed, since I need to refund some people. Can't add funds to my panel...
