WHY so SERIOUS ?

iv searched for hours now and still cant figure bitcoin out :P
so can someone explain bitcoin to me briefly?
how can i add bitcoins to my wallet and then send them to someone if im buying something from them?

It's an uncentralized cryptocurrency. It's solely peer to peer and transactions are validated in blocks which are mined again by peers. There are two ways to obtain bitcoin, using an exchange or by mining. The latter being almost impossible now unless you got a lot of money to spend on ASIC miners. There are multiple exchanges to use, btc-e being one of the largest. Of course you'll need to download a bitcoin wallet, which you can get from the official bitcoin website. And to send bitcoin to someone you have to get their wallet address.

In regards to being used on the "dark net" you can actually use bitcoin to purchase products off of Overstock. So it's not solely "dark net," as there are many legitimate uses for bitcoin and other cryptos for the matter.
