SHA = secure hashing algorithm. A hash is one way; it has no support to return to its original form OP is asking someone to decrypt data aka decipher, which is using a cipher algorithm. Cipher requires a key to both cipher (encrypt) and decipher (decrypt) the data, OP has not specified the key which means you'd have to crack it, there are a lot of attack methods in attempting to obtain a key but as you could guess they're not reliable (same goes for cracking hashes).

Definately some form of hashing, most probable SHA-1 or SHA1-HMAC.
