Well, I some how knew this was going to happen. Selling things and not being verified on PayPal, I got limited. But the thing is, I don't know how to make a new paypal, and not become limited. What can I do to stop being limited? Both of my PayPal accounts got limited. I just need help so i can stop being limited. Thanks.

What i verified is my name, number , and email.

If you're a US citizen, or at least on the US paypal you have also provide proof of address, proof of identity, proof of your social security number, and what not. Of course this is part of the process when you add a bank account to your paypal.
