(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello everyone,

I am trying to re-connect my laptop and CFW PS3 through an ethernet cable so I can use GT6HE, a program to mod GT6 game data. I had my IPV 4 & 6 setted up but I recently messed them up by accident and now I have lost the settings. I have no clue how I configured it before nor I know how to do it now, of course. I have searched around, on google and here at NGU but my efforts have been in vain.

All I need is some guidance on how to configure them so I can connect again my laptop and ps3 together for the usage of GT6HE and CCAPI 2.50.

I actually made a post about using ICS You must login or register to view this content.. After following those steps, simply locate your PS3's IP. You can find it via the Network Status list in the Network settings. Hope this helps. Also quick tip, don't use the NGU app to open that forum link. You'll see why if you do lol.

Thank you for your help man. However, I do not recall ever doing this at first.

Let me explain better, I need ccapi 2.50 to connect with my CEX PS3 4.55v so I can use the tool GT6HE, BUT, it is not connecting anymore thus I cannot use the tool. I checked my firewall and made sure that it accepts ingoing and outgoing access. I made sure that I am using the right IP address for CCAPI and all.

I just think that I'm not looking in the right place and missing something very easy.

Are you sharing internet via Ethernet, or are you just connecting to your console for ccapi and using a dual network mode?

Don't worry about the IPv6 settings because PS3s do not support any form of IPv6. Only IPv4.
