I cant get rid of this regardless of what I try to do.
I've changed the search engine, deleted all others except for chrome however this browser pops up on default tab and new tabs.
I've terminated most unrecognized processes through process hacker, searched file locations and they aren't bad stuff.
Malwareantibytes tells me there are no threats, well there was a few days ago but i got them removed.
I've used AdWare cleaner, it did detect a lot of threats but I requested the program to clean them.

Edit: I found the location where there are 2 files regarding this search engine/browser thing:

C:>Users>My User>AppData>Local>Google>Chrome>User Data>efault>Local Storage
http_search.mysearch.com_0.localstorage
http_search.mysearch.com_0.localstorage-journal

Yeah i tried to just delete them from the folder but they come back when i open a new tab.

So polite. I wonder what it was you downloaded though lmao. Everything I DL goes through a VM first and well.. I use Linux so.. yeah.

It's not a virus, and if you're using Chrome on your linux distro this would totally affect you too. Prolly a dodgy extension.
