And I also noticed that I was not alone. So I went and did some studying and trying hard at fixing it. I have a solution! You still get everything that the mega hack has! I will briefly explain this process to fix the freeze. While at the same time explain how to do it with ifunbox/iexplorer.

Requirements: Jailbreak: iFile
Non-Jailbreak: PC, ifunbox, USB

Step 1-
Get a fresh install of TSTO, then get it fully updated

Step 2-
Open up ifile/ifunbox/iexplorer and go to the Simpsons tapped out folder and open up Tapped Out.app

Step 3-
Go down until you find info.plist, create a backup if info.plist.

Step 4-
Search for something like key dlc location, and you should see a link. Delete that and paste in this:

Then save, respring or for non jailbreak just restart iOS device, and launch tapped out.

Viola! If I made a well enough tutorial, and you followed it, it should work. Free everything, and unlimited cash from cleetus's farm.

Title says without jailbreak? Your 1st requirement is a jailbreak?

Sorry, I fixed the problem. You have to follow these steps while in ifunbox/iexplorer but I'm using my jailbreak.

And I'm sorry for the tutorial problem. But I edited it and now it's chill.
