Though there is not nor will there be an 3ds emulator in public for quite some time .
So the hope on playing pokemon x/y is by playing hacked roms.

I'm not sure how to install ROMs?

You can download roms on your pc and then you can use winscp or ifunbox to transfer them on your iphone

All you need is: Openssh from cydia and winscp on your computer

Download ifile , search the desired rom online , download the file online on ur phone , use ifile to move it towards the nds emulator map and u can play.

Coolrom.com that where I get all my emulators & rom files. Some of them don't work like ps2 but pretty sure all the gameboy emulators work.. Had to edit, put wrong link, 1 to many letter lol
