Download the hacked file:
You must login or register to view this content.
2.Send the .deb to your iDevice.
3.Locate the .deb via iFile and tap it.
4.Install it.
5.Respring your device.

We'll the reason why this does not work is have a look at what version it is for.
The version on the App Store is 5.4 and the target game is 5.2.1
And there is no cracked version of 5.2.1 even if there was I would not be able to verify it as it would ask to update to the latest version.
Checked on apptrackr to look for cracked version and the only version was 3.something which is very old.
The sure fire way to hack this would be IDA.
If anyone was willing to they could either look down the IDA route or maybe having a server and changing the server location to a modified one kinda like how tapped out works.
