Restore, your iPhone/iPod/iPad then download iSO5 then update...scince your jailbroken your music,apps might be lost that you bought but you can use iCloud to get them back.

so restore it to like 4.3.4 or something to get rid of my jailbreak then upgrade

yea just click restore and let it do its thing.
