now i call spring and they told me i need tot tell the guy if he can remove it by calling sprint but i havent contacted him more than 3 months.
so is there anyway someone could eliminate the account or what ever case so that i can use my iphone on my phone #

Remove his sim card, hacktivate it using sn0wbreeze, but your sim card in it.

ok yeah well its a sprint iphone 4 so idk most likely im going to let 2 months passed because the accounts dead so most likely sprint should remove it if no actual payment is been received
