I need someone whos generally accustomed to the theme making part.
I know were most stuff go but what i dont know is how to design stuff such as icon apps.

the way i learnt, was to study other peoples themes. download some that you like and pull them apart. some themes also have the .psd files included. but also check out the coding too.
