Anyway to fix this? I don't want to do another restore, it took forever for Filezilla to copy over 10GB of apps.

i had a browser and something else keep crashing whn opening tabs, i restores and re jailbroken and it fixed it

Same with me. My banking app isn't working. Might restore then jailbrake again :/

I'v not tried to see with other apps.
Follow some Dev's on Twitter, they give some good information like today they said about an update on Cydia that fixed a few bugs ie the weather app not working.

Your best bet is to just restore the Idevice.
