(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Basically i have iPod 4, IOS 6.1 Jailbreaked, I love the internet with it, I use whatsapp quiet alot, I'm connected to my router to be able to have internet to use my whatsapp and stuff, But is there any tweaks or anything to use my whatsapp without connected to my router? So be able to access internet anyway?

I don't think there's anything else other than mobile internet i.e, 3G/4G.

If your Blackberry got a "Personal Hotspot" option, then yes it's possible.
