recently today i saw that when, i start FB-Messanger, than my iPhone crashes and boots in Safe Mode... Any idea?

Are you jailbroken? My 3GS iOS 6.1 Untethered jailbroke device crashes it on launch but just takes me back to my springboard

OFC im Jailbroken, how else can it starts in safe mode?

I completely missed that, it may be something they have implemented in to the app to stop it running on jailbroken devices properly?

I dont think so.. it start after an update from cydia.. but not an Appupdate..

So you're on the latest version of the app? What do you mean a cydia update?

Ofc, there was an Update for libhide oder something, After that it stopped working...

Use SBSettings, iCleaner or Sprintomize 2 to disable that substrate add-on and then see if your problem continues. I would suggest iCleaner as the app has many other features as well.

Huh, What do you mean? disable FB-Messanger? or Springtomize 2, SBSettings or iCleaner?

No. Use one of SBSettings, iCleaner or Sprintomize 2 to disable the mobile substrate add-on which had an update (libhide) and then try and open the app, if it still crashes then that was not your issue.
