Try re-installing iTunes?

ive tried

force backup by right click and select backup
Hard iPad reset
kill iTunes and apple processes, restart iTunes
computer reboot
uninstall iTunes, re-install, reboot pc
delete photo cache from pc
delete all iPad backups from pc
killed windows firewall

and nothing...

Yeah but for all the stuff to be uploaded to the iCloud. It's gonna take a day or more to complete with my Internet being that slow. When I back it up. It just stays at estimated time remaining that's how slow it is
