That's because you're using LocalIAPStore not iAP Cracker or iAP Free.

If you're using LocalIAPStore go to Settings, scroll down until you find the options of all your jailbreak tweaks there select LocalIAPStore and turn it On. Depends of which game you're trying to use it select the option of the Custom Ticket.

I turned the settings on and even restarted my iphone . When i click to purchase something on ANY game it kicks me out the app .
