Try "LocationHolic" on cydia, it's a nice app that I think will work for what you're trying to do. You also need MobileSubstrate and AppList installed!

Note: the app is hosted on ModMyI, but it also depends on MobileSubstrate and AppList which are on bigboss. They should automatically install but make sure they do or that you already have them installed!
