(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have a friend with an iPhone 4S on verizon, and he's currently on software update 5.(whatever) or maybe 4.(whatever). If I was to download the ios version 6.1.2, could I install it that way if I were to press ctrl and right click or whatever? It's not a MANDATORY update to ios 6.1.3?

iOS 6.1.3 is a mandatory update. Apple has closed the signing window for any lower versions.
