Any way to unlock it WITHOUT losing the jailbreak?

i recommend to download a ios 5/6 ipsw (ios 6.1.2 at MAX if you want to keep your jailbreak).

then put your device in DFU mode (google and youtube are your friend)
connect it with itunes, and it should recognize a device in DFU mode, then hit shift+restore and select the ios 5/6 ipsw and it restores to the jailbreakable firmware, after that you have a clean ipod and you can easily jailbreak it using evasi0n.. everything will be gone tho, but there is no code anymore
