Having trouble downgrading to ios 5.1.1

Once upon a time...

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i had ios 5.1.1 but i had to restore it, so im at 6.1.5 now. Im trying to get back to ios 5.1.1 but i cant. i used redsnow (latest version) to stitch my 5.1.1 blob with the 5.1.1 ispw. when i try to restore with redsnow, i get a error saying found none of the expected files to stitch in IPSW. When i try to shift click restore in itunes (11.0.5.5), i get error 3194. Please help. I checked the host file, i got the error with the gs.apple.com thing and without it.

have you shsh blobs from 5.1.1, because without this you cant downgrade! Winky Winky

Ok for the 3194 error an old fix is tiny umbrella . look it up and use the TSS server in the tool to fix the host file . make sure your device is in pwnd dfu mode before you start .

NextGenUpdate

Download the latest redsn0w jailbreak. It has an option to add your shsh blobs and the ipsw. I was able to restore my itouch back to 5.1.1 without any errors.
