This usually is a easy fix for me restore and i can fix it but my phone wont reboot after holding the home button + power button so what do i do to get it to work i have tryed letting the the phone die but i charge it and i cant seem to get it to respond it wont even show up in itunes what do i do?

Edit: IOS 8 Pangu jailbreak, I got the boot loop from updating Cydia Substrate With a passcode Enabled
