No, but iOS 8.1.2 is still being signed so if you want to downgrade to 8.1.2 do it fast because it wont be signed for very long, Just a matter of time before Apple stops it.. Video on how to downgrade..

Downgrade and jailbreak now while you can, other wise you'll be stuck on 8.1.3 with no jailbreak.
