I already found You must login or register to view this content. but when I apply it in After Effects it looks nothing like it should. I don't really need a high quality map at all its only for a school project.

as its spherical it would be hard to make it any other way is there no way you can wrap with the mapping (i only know 3d texture mapping) ?
