is there anything i could do to it. i would put a pen tool from the clipping make to the upper right corner but im not good a pen lol

You could do a lot to it to make it better. To be honest I don't like it. Add a gradient map, choose more colors, the big clip mask box looks ugly right there, too small of border, poor text, colors don't go so well.

Basically, fix those and we'll see what can happen.
