If you want cheap and good quality get a dazzle..Its pretty good, but if you want cheaper get an easycap. Its the cheapest, the quality is ok, but if you find the right settings like I have then its WORTH the $$ you spend on an easycap. As for the video editing there is sony vegas, adobe after effects and pinnacle studio. Their good for editing. You don't necessarily have to buy it. You can get it free if you look in the right places. Or get premium for NGU. Its in the premium section.
