well its not bad
things wrong with it are the color and that green thing im guessing its a c4d? ways you can improve it are makig the backround green then adding that thing im guessing is a c4d set to linear dodge and hen loosend it, duplicate it and set to lighten, then use a grunge small brush with jitter and scatter to blend him in a bit.
