It looks pretty good and has some great potential.
I would say that you should brighten the background, use a different tech style font and blend the text in as well. (lower the opacity) and make the text smaller. Also add a border. I rate it a 7/10 for now.

try to ad a gradient map,a lightning source and a bit more effects and "flow" .

nah i didn't bevel. i tried to sort of give it a green theme.
