If I use the s-av video thingie, how do I "y" it so I am able to do BOTH things at once, watch what is on my TV AND record using my capture card? I am just very curious as I am going out tomorrow to buy all this stuff and I sorta wanted to know as I was thinking how do I get to see the gameplay and record it at the same time?

I know how to do it with just composite but when I throw in this s video as I want the best quality I get confused. Help please?

I figured it out pretty much, I am going to buy a s-av cable(plugs into the av slot of the ps3) and is basically the same thing as an s-video but it is meant for the PS3.
