The whole thing looks really low quality especially the background, there's no real depth or lighting, no real effects, and the text doesn't really fit, but it's better than the last one. Try checking out some tutorials, they really help.

yeah and just looking at psd's always helps experiment , look at sigs you like and think how did they do that then try and recreate it
