I heard that for ps3 if you try to press the record button it will say you can't due to copyright issues. If so, how do you fix this?

I was searching this like 2 days ago and I think it's pretty worth it. A LOT cheaper than a BMIP and HD PVR. For now I will definitely get this as a rebound. hehe
