its still a little messy, but im going to try to fix it up more. tell me on what i can improve

Make the size of it smaller for a start, large signatures always look messy.
Also all that space on the right in unnecessary, by making it smaller and cleaning it up it should look half decent.
It may also look better if you convert it into black and white.

All the effects going on and putting outer glow on text makes me sick but here not so much, very messy as you've said yourself i totaly agree Daisho on converting it to black and white

Work on a small canvas, and try not to just spam layers and layers of C4D's. Try and get some solid composition first, and a strong flow - you've got lots of random lines going against the flow which from left to right. Also work on your colouring, the red and blue contrast against each other too much, and I'm more attracted to the spots of white than the actual focal, which itself is over contrasted.

smaller size is better it dosent look as messy and appart from that its a pretty decent sig
