hmm, the background's kinda bad, blend the render. maybe lower the opacity.

Userbar is too big and add a border to the userbar. Also the World at War part is cut off a little at the bottom and make the Beta Tester text stand out a bit more either by choosing a new color or effect to it. Also choose a different text to do it with. For the whole userbar there are no effects. Add a couple brushes and maybe a light source. Just too plain. I don't know much about sigs but I do know about userbars so that's what I rated.

I made the user bar without a border for a reason.
I'm glad you pointed out the "world at war" getting cut off thanks.
