It's kinda a play on words I guess, like there is a hurricane going on in the backround and the eye in the front like Eye of a Hurricane. Who knows what goes on in my head but all i used was the pencil tool in Microsoft Paint. I know it doesn't go tremendously well together but anyways rate and give CC if you can??

Yea I did it in paint
