It's ok not going towards brilliance.

You should have put the text in the middle.

The C4D on the left hand side is good 7/10

get rid of the blue c4d, add a clip mask some where. move the text and change the colour of it.

c4d on the left looks weird because of the colorz and the line through he's face , you should delete it ,try to add some brushes and so on ....7/10
