OT: I see what you tried to do but make note that it looks a lot like a render on a background. Try to make it look like the render "belongs," or is a part of the background. One way is to give it flow, so the render and background corresponds with each other.
Overall, it has nice color blending-giving that monotone look.

It's just an eagle in one of those symbol fonts.
