What I used from previous criticism;
-Keep Image in proportion
-Add a border
-Resizing with shift

i like the lighting effects and the border but theres not alot going on is there.

I suggest you add a C4D. to give it a bit of colour ?

Okay whatever effect you have going here don't use it again. It just ruins the whole look. Also get rid of the border, borders generally make sigs look bad i don't know why most people recommend them.

first off keeping a sig in proportion and resizing with shift = same thing
second i know this is your second sig but all you've done is rendered clouds and added a render + border.. try looking at some general photoshop tutorials. then move onto same actual sig tutorials after you've got the hang of what everything does

It`s your opinion if you don`t like borders, You suggest me don`t use borders, someone else suggest use borders. So it`s up to me what to choose

Not every sig needs a c4d to gain colour... just brush some colour and smudge if you want too sometimes a c4d can ruin a sig o.o and i agree with daisho get rid of the border if you are going to use a border use a 1px border, nice try though.
