i like the second
i think the first is a bit dark (sorry if you find that negative just trying to help)
the second one is more appealing to my eyes

I like the second one better. The first one's text is too blury. I can make out what it says, but it is too blury.

No negative comments? You're stupid if you think you'll ever get better like that.

Irony aside, the first tag is the better of the two. This is, of course, assuming that you made something in this tag other than the text (which isn't particularly good anyway).
