If dis was made on Photoshop.. On the streaks going around the Logo thingy... Put outer glow on it it will look better IMO..

The text looks slapped on, and so does the swirly line. Work on blending them in, then it should look better.

Two main programs are GIMP and Photoshop.
GIMP is free. (=D)
Photoshop costs money, but can easily be downloaded for free via keygens,etc.
