2. Brush a few random lines on the blank document, looking along the lines of the following image.

3. Go to filter, blur, radial blur. Set the settings as followed.

4. Go to filter, stylize, find edges.

5. Once youve done that repeat step 3, (Radial blur)

6. Now your going to invert the colours, shortcut; ctrl & i. Outcome:

7. Once inverted, choose the colour balance. Do this by shortcut; ctrl & b. The settings vary but if you want an outcome like the one i finish with, choose these settings.

Step 8. Repeat everything youve just done from step 3 to 7. (Radiul Blur, Find edges, radiul blur again, invert, change colour balance to the above image)

very simple to do, good work. It is a bit simple for a background but I am sure with something else it could be useful
