Anything Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Corel Painter X. Ulead Photo Impact isn't half bad either. I'm not into Paint Shot Pro... so meh.

Cyberlink PowerDirector, but Sony Vegas after that. The only reason PowerDirector beats Vegas in my opinion is because I don't know how to use Vegas, it is too hard to understand.
