You can easily make it look of a higher quality with a little sharpness

Take your stock Filter>Sharpen>Sharpen -> Edit>Fade Sharpen and screw around. Or manually mess around with the sharpen tool.. Get there by pressing R...

As for the sig it's pretty decent. Not a fan of the C4D I Think it is back there? It's just too Black and grey, looks overfiltered or over sharpened. How long have you been dabbling in the arts of photoshop? 7 years for me

Ive been on PS for about 6 months with 2 1-2 month breaks

nice dyna only thing i can see wrong is the wierd blur on his neck . dont know if thats a c4d or a blure just looks wierd . and use a star stock over it . that wuld look good with a dark background.

I like it, the blur to me adds to it, it helps the flow and lighting, but im sure this wouldnt look good in color, so great B&W tag!

Its a fractal not a blur and it looks better like this and a start stock wouldn't look to great on this
