Windows Movie Maker comes with Windows 7. It's called "Windows Live Movie Maker".

Yeah, the vista one should work, if not Sony Vegas i pretty noob-friendly just for the basics, but can do advanced stuff if you want. Or you could try Pinnacle Studio but the effects and transitions on it suck balls.

since your a premium member go look in the programs section and get Sony Vegas.
