I'm not getting a HD PVR because I'm not that serious about making videos yet. I just want one with good, decent quality and that's relatively cheap: under $100. Thanks.

The Dazzle Platinum, I think it's $80, there's also an older verison that's $50. The EasyCap is $20 but some people say it sucks but other got great videos with it.
