this was just totally random. i was just trying to create some power in the top part of the sig (mainly his arms)

First problem is that ur focal is centered, it shoud never be centered, always have a lil to the left or right if its liek this, also ur bg is shitty(no offence) you need somore depth, try using soem dark brushing on the bg to give somore feel to it, mabey a few gradiants, some fractals wouldnt hurt, and the effects look more liek part of the bg then the actual effects, umm also mabey tryy darkining the edges of the tag about... idk if this helped any but i tryed :/
